WHY WE BUILT THIS

Holidays are expensive. Professional services are expensive. And most of the people paying those prices have exactly what someone else needs — a spare apartment, a set of skills, a professional network — sitting unused.Pact exists to fix that. If you have a home somewhere, you should be able to stay in someone else's home somewhere else for free. If you are a lawyer who needs a website, you should be able to trade work with a developer instead of paying agency rates. If you need something done and barter isn't on the table, you should be able to hire someone you already trust at a fair price.This is not a new idea. It is just one that has never been built for people like us — Russian-speaking professionals scattered across the world, with assets and expertise that the mainstream platforms were not designed for.

HOW IT WORKS

INVITATION ONLY

Every member is personally vouched for by the person who invited them. Every application is reviewed by a human, not an algorithm. There are no public sign-ups.

HOME EXCHANGE

List your home and swap it with another member's — anywhere in the network. Cheaper than any hotel. Better than any rental. Founding members list for free, and a verified swap within your first six months means free membership for life.

SKILLS BARTER

When a direct match exists, exchange professional skills one for one — no money, no fees, no platform cut. A lawyer and a developer trade work directly. The value is equal.
The trust is already there.

MEMBER SERVICES

When barter isn't the right fit, post a request and receive offers from qualified members. Work is completed and paid member-to-member. Pact takes a small facilitation fee — the cost of the trust infrastructure that makes it possible.

REPUTATION

Every completed exchange — home, barter, or paid — builds your standing. Your record is visible to members. There is no other currency here.

List your property in the home exchange network at no cost. Forever, for founding members.

02 • LIFETIME FREE MEMBERSHIP

Complete a verified home exchange within your first six months and your membership is free for life. Minimum 3 nights. Both parties must confirm completion.

03 • $5 PER APPROVED REFERRAL

Every person you invite who gets approved puts $5 in your account. Paid monthly via Wise.

Membership is subject to approval at the sole discretion of Pact. Founding member benefits apply to the first 500 approved members only. Lifetime membership covers the annual home exchange listing fee only and excludes any future premium tiers introduced after the founding cohort closes. A verified exchange requires a minimum of three consecutive nights confirmed by both parties with no active dispute.
